200 Squat and 100 Pushup Challenge

Now I'm going to do a Squat Challenge and a Push up Challenge. That way I work up my legs and my upper body.

    How did you do with this? Did you do all of your squats and then the pushups, or did you switch between the 2 exercises?

  2. Still working on it but one day it's the squat Challenge, one day the push up challenge. That way it's not brutal for either one.
