Well today, I put my KT into bottles for it's second ferment. The reason you do this is to allow for fizz to get produce and it allows you to flavor each bath the way you like it. I wanted to make different flavors and thus I have my bottles labeled as such.
From Left to Right we have: 1. Mango/Peach 2. Peach/Strawberry 3. Lemon/Ginger 4. Mixed berries. i.e. Raspberry/blackberry 5. Raspberry/Strawberry Below is my mother before we did the pour off.

Kombucha Power

Well, I'm starting my own elixir. I've been introduced to Kombucha. It is a fantastic brew of probiotics that you can drink every day.
