Juicing and Making Smoothies

Hi everyone. Ghost town really. So, I've purchased this fancy dancy darling straw to sip my smoothies from. Check it out.
Is is very Purdy. It's 100% Guarentee not to break. How do they do that? Those little red dots that you see, keep it from rolling off onto the floor. Very nice addition. The hemp bag is so you can carry it with you and they give you a little brush to keep it clean. This is so cool. Looking forward to pulling it out and drinking a cool glass of fresh made juice,
And keeping up with Green Juicing and Green Smoothies for Health!!!

OH SNAP

I just dropped my whole bottle of delicious juice. Now that makes me mad. I made this awesome, delicious juice, get on the couch to get comfortable and I bring the blanket up on my legs, and BAM!! there goes my Precious, Living Juice. I'm bumming big time. Oh ya, I said a bad word and meant it. :( It was: Romaine Hearts 3 leaves Spinach handful Celery 3 stalks Apples 2 (green) Sob, cry, man!!! I soo wanted that juice.:(

Vitamix

I'm getting a Vitamix next. I have a Nija and love the little one for eggs and quick mixes. Now it's time to move on to Smoothies and blend some kale and fruit and I'm going to love this new journey as part of my everyday ALIVE LIFE.

Classic Israeli Salad

I am so proud of myself for stepping out on my first recipe from Vegetarian Times. I have been getting this magazine for a while but never tried the recipes. I've also given the magazines away. I think now I'll keep them for gems like this I found. Will make it again and again and again.
This is the recipe: 4 roma tomatores, diced (I used those little cherri tomatoes) 2 persian cucumbers or 1/2 English Cucumber (again, I don't who my cucumbers were) 1/2 yellow Bell Pepper 2/3 cup chopped Parsley 3 tbs. Chopped green onion 2 tsp. olive oil 2 tsp. lemon juice. Chop them all up and enjoy. I also put feta cheese and Ciliegine mozzarell in there. Those little small mozzarella balls. Yummy .
I'm taking a course called Green Juicing Intensive Clinic, given by Farnoosh Brock. The course is live chats, Videos, and audio presentations. If this course ever comes around again I highly recommend it. In the mean time, get her book and get energized and bring life to your body. Comprehensive Green Juicing Guide. Juicing is soo good
