Nice and Easy

Today we had nice and easy. 4 Carrots and 1/2 cucumber. It was a large cucubmer also. Nice and easy. smooth. Came out like a better tasting water. Flavor was there. I then cut up fruit for a fruit salad. Orange, Grapefruit, apple and UDOs.

Sunday Breakfast

When I juice now, I don't worry if I ate properly. I can get up, knowing I'm going to make a juice and from there on, the rest of the day is set to be irie:) Juice was: 4 carrots and 4 kale leaves and it was all good;) ahhhhhh
