10 Minute quick fix

Great. Absolutely Great. Love this. Just need to do it and do. I say that but I'm going to keep saying it. do it and do it.
Did the swings today with the 25 lb
15 swings.
Squats, clean and press, snatch, all with 18 for 10 reps x 2 sets.
