I JUST found out why a lot of exercise I don't like. Exercise is like music, sometimes there are songs that make you happy and some songs make you want to turn the volume down and/or turn the channel.
I want music like jazz. Soft, moving, rhythmic not head banging or rap music.
I think I'll put on some smooth jazz and see how that feels with my 10 minute kettlebell practice.

I agree with you that music is such a motivating part of the training process. Find what motivates you and use that when you exercise! It will make the time go by faster and will be inspirational to you.
