And we were off. Yes, I had a good first ride. I was/am still a bit sore, 2 days later but I knew something was going scream at me. I'm glad it's my ishium and no shoulder or hand or leg issues.
I was just sent an email from Audrey and in it, there is a book by Holly Gerth. Seems like a nice book that we could read in our newly formed Women's Group. There are 3 of us so far and we are what I'll call the foundation. I'm sure in a year I'll little group will grow as we become The Lovely Wives. :)
So, here is the book any how and let's see if we don't add this to part of our group for discussion.
