I'm getting it. I did the windmills with my 10 lb kb. Felt good to bend over on the sides. I just have to keep thinking of putting the butt muscles out the back door when I do the sides, That what the Instructor said:)
I'm happy with the days I've scheduled, just to do something. I don't want to have it set that I do this on this day that on that day, my goal is to some form and then when it's a lot easier to just do, maybe I'll do programs, but I really don't care to. I like being free spirited and just taking the ride each day I get a chance to get on the horse.
