New 10 Minute get it done

Did the exercise Lisa Shaffer suggests of 10 Minutes. Will really commit to this this week. Last week I only made 2 days. Not good at all. This week, time to pick it up.
* Swings - 15 reps
* Clean and press - 5-10 reps per arm
* Front squats - 5-10 reps
* Snatch - 10 reps per arm
Do this for 10 minutes. Took one 1 minute break. sides hurt. I really don't now what causes this.Like the pains I used to get when I ran when younger. That is what stopped me from running in my younger days. These sever pains I get in my sides that feel like a severe tightening and then it releases like after 5 minutes. But as I'm writing this, it's hurting. so much that you can't move.
