Keeping up and moving along. It really is good to exercise. the most difficult part is putting on the clothing and getting set up. Once I do that, I'm reay. My mind is set for doing the best I do and doing it the correct way. I want to get stronger and make body changes so I'm looking for what works for me. My mind,My body and my time. There is a lot that has to make me happy, music, movement, timing, length, voices and amount of weight. I do love exercise but I need to be pushed sometimes and then, when I get to work and see how good I feel, I wonder why it takes me so long to get going. Why, will someone please tell me?
