Cobb Salad

5 Swings
5 Overhead Swings
6 Figure 8 to Hold
6 Alternating Clean/Squat but didn't finish these, hurt my left kneel

Did the rest of the sequence 5 x with 1 minute rest. Finished with 5 windmills each side 18 lb bell in all exercises.
