yes, I exercised. I did Cobb Salad and the Windmills. I will do these videos like I did the 12 week ETK.Just keep doing the same thing for 8 weeks, then switch up. that makes it better and better.
Today, January 22, I just did some swings. Rest for 30 seconds and did a few more. My internet service was down so I went to Barns and Noble and got connected there. I have to be in the net.. I like getting information and passing some on.
