Today I did
Chakra Balancing Yoga with Melissa West.
Very Calming. Very centering. Very gentle. I had started another one of her programs but it was a defeatist program. It hurt my lower back and I knew, don't do it. Lesson: Just because it's there does not mean you can do it. I still feel fine within myself. I accept my limitations and I will build to 3 sets of tricep pushups. Check me at the end of the year:)
